Booking & Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen in life. In Zeyno Beauty’s desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and to efficiently accommodate other client requests, we have adopted the following policies,

Deposits– When you book your appointment, we reserve a large block of time for you, for this reason we require a $100 deposit to book your appointment.

Rescheduling– 48-hour advance notice required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Cancelation and No shows – If you are unable to give us an advance written notice, this will result in loss of your of deposit and we will require another deposit to book your next appointment.
